The location of the place..wasn't too far from our event we attended.

The person couldn't find our reservation and had a snobby attitude..didn't apologize for his mistake

My stay was excellent.
What guests loved:
The cleanliness and the comfort level were excellent and I came in well after midnight and felt safe.
Areas for improvement:
There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was small but good with the toilet and shower in a separate room.
Areas for improvement:
10$ for parking?!! Where else am I going to park??? Ridiculous!

Great hotel with everything you could need.
What guests loved:
Hotel was close to everything we needed, room was large, bed was comfy and staff was very friendly and willing to get what we needed. Breakfast was nice but needed to be switched up some days
Areas for improvement:
The breakfast was the same every day. When u are staying many days or a week it would b nice to have a variety or something different other than the same things everyday

I would definitely stay there again next time I come out to Glendale. That will be my go to spot.
What guests loved:
The staff was very respectful and the room was very clean. Comfortable room for a really good price.
Areas for improvement:
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. The price of water bottles were very high and they can have more heated type foods available. Besides that, the hotel was great!!

I enjoyed the hotel. I would stay there again.
What guests loved:
The outdoor space, and the staff were really nice.
Areas for improvement:
My room had some problems with the toilet, and lack of hot water in the shower. Staff sent someone to check it very quickly.
